Mountain Shadows RV Resort has been converted from a rental stream into an ownership structure. Once you take ownership, you’ll be able to safely park your RV year round, and use it all summer. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of this beautiful RV property, which has been enjoyed by rental visitors for over 15 years. Throughout the grounds you’ll find landscaped gardens, manicured lawns and mature trees. The entire property will be enhanced with walking trails, viewpoint seating and other features to increase the enjoyment of owners.

Mountain Shadows is being developed in two phases.

Phase 1 sites are available for sale this year.

Upgrades to some of the site services are currently underway. In addition, common buildings are being refurbished, underground irrigation has been added to the common lawn areas, sites have been levelled and partially paved, and a new feature entrance has been built.

Phase II will be developed in 2010 and our plan is to turn undeveloped land into additional RV sites.

Amenities Building coming in 2011

As part of Phase II, recreational facilities for the RV resort are planned for late summer 2011.
