URBAN ELEMENTS DEVELOPMENT CORP. has been active in Western Canada for almost four years. Our three-pronged business approach of diversity, adaptability and relationship-building have paved the way for the success of our projects.

Projects include a diverse portfolio of condominium conversions, acreage developments and recreational property upgrades. In the past three years Urban Elements has completed fifteen projects and currently has eleven projects in underway.

Urban Elements has formed a wholly owned company called Radium Mountain SR Developments Ltd. for the purpose of developing Mountain Shadows Resort.
